Each project below represents a defined piece of work with a problem, a specific role, real tools, and an identifiable outcome or contribution. Projects are grouped by theme. Where a project is still in progress, that is noted.
Project Management & Coordination
Across all the projects below, I was the project lead - responsible for planning, prioritisation, stakeholder alignment, delivery, documentation and handover. Not just technical implementation: coordination, communication and keeping work on track.

What project lead meant in practice
- Translating stakeholder requirements into task lists with owners and timelines
- Managing dependencies - e.g. Moodle readiness before Arlo go-live, or data model sign-off before dashboard build
- Running regular stakeholder check-ins and adapting scope when requirements shifted
- Producing documentation and handover materials so work was transferable
- Raising and tracking issues - bugs, blockers, decision points - through to resolution
- Delivering on time: the IKON TMS went from requirements to live in six months; the UCL tracker went from concept to production in a single term
Digital Learning & LMS Development
Designing structured, accessible, repeatable online learning experiences - turning complex academic content into clear Moodle-based activities for postgraduate students. Includes LMS customisation, design system development and programme-level course architecture.
Reusable Moodle Learning Design System
A consistent set of reusable patterns, templates and design rules for building structured, accessible Moodle activities - developed through repeated module builds at UCL STEaPP from 2024 to 2026.

An AI-assisted workflow supporting alt text generation for Moodle learning materials - built in Copilot Studio within the M365 environment, deployed organisation-wide with the UCL Digital Accessibility team.
